Ayo Balogun popularly known as Wizkid promises to feed his fans and you wouldn’t guess how.
The popular afrobeat artiste has pledged to feed the souls of his fans through new music and is already working towards that.
However, the fans are sceptical as to how soon he will make good on this promise because he has a track record of keeping his fans waiting, growing the level of mistrust the fans have for their idol.
His recently released album was announced in early 2018 but was not released until the last quarter of 2020, questioning the star’s punctuality.
Wizkid Promises To Feed Fans
Months after releasing the record-breaking made in Lagos album, Wizkid is back in the studio to make more hits for his fans, promising them soul-satisfying music.
Sharing clips of himself in the studio with producers, Kel P and Guiltybeatz, he wrote, “Making food 4 your soul”
Wizkid did not put a date to his new song but the fans can only hope it comes sooner than his last body of work.
Meanwhile, the artiste has been nominated alongside other bigwigs in the industry, like Davido, Laycon and Mayorkun for the GAGE Digital artiste of the year.
