Ghanaian rapper, Michael Owusu Addo, known professionally as Sarkodie has made a comment on one of the songs of Nigerian singer, Timaya via a tweet.
Sarkodie is arguably the best music artist from Ghana and has won many music awards both home and abroad including BET’s Best International Flow act at the 2019 BET Hip Hop Awards.
‘Sark’ as he’s fondly called was also listed among the most famous African celebrities of 2020 by NET which was however won by compatriot, Juliet Ibrahim.
The rapper has worked with several Nigerian artists among which is Timaya, M.I Abaga, Ice Prince Zamani, Patoranking, and so on.
Sarkodie On Timaya’s Song
Rapper Sarkodie took to Twitter to make a post regarding Timaya’s 2019 hit song ‘I Can’t Kill Myself‘ and has got fans all over grinning.
‘I Can’t Kill Myself‘ was a hit song by Nigerian singer, Timaya which was off his ‘Chulo Vibes’ project. The song is popular in Tik-Tok and Triller videos for it’s lyrics which says ”This life I can’t kill myself, I can’t kill myself, allow me to flex o”
American Grammy award-winning female rapper, Cardi B has been seen in the past vibing to this same song which has made Sarkodie to make a funny post about it.
His tweet @sarkodie reads ”We have to ban Timaya’s song ”I can’t kill myself” from all gyms”
The rapper’s tweet is intended to stop laziness in the gym spaces and has got people talking.
