Collapsed building records to 3 more deaths.
Rescue teams are still actively working at the location of the three storey building in No. 20 Freeman Street, Lagos state that collapsed this morning.
The LASEMA team have been able to rescue three more residents making it nine survivors while the number of fatalies rises to three.
Two more bodies have been evacuated in addition to the first fatality recorded earlier today. A boy, aged 4 was the first casualty to be recorded.
Olufemi Oke Osanyintolu, the Managing Director of LASEMA, at the scene of the incident told newsmen that the building was already marked for demolition before it collapsed today.
The agency says efforts are still being made to find and rescue more survivors.
