The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC has given the all-clear to the 215 UK returnees for their coronavirus tests.
The NCDC on Saturday gave the returnees their test results, showing that they were all negative of the virus after the UK returnees had previously held a protest demanding that their results which had been taken five days prior had yet to be issued to them.
The NCDC only came to assure them after a police officer, DCP Basi had intervened in their protest by calling the officials of the agency. The returnees have already spent 14 days in isolation where they paid for their own accommodation and feeding in Abuja.
