3. David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido is a Nigerian singer and he also has 16.9 million followers on Instagram like Tamer Hosny.

4. Candice Swanepoel is a South African model and philanthropist who was listed 8th on the Forbes top-earning models list in 2016. She has 14.3 million followers on Instagram. 

5. Ahmed Helmy is an Egyptian actor, film producer, television presenter, author and Comedian, with 12.5 million followers on Instagram.

5. Amr Diab is an Egyptian singer and songwriter, he is regarded as the father of Mediterranean Music, he has 10.5 million followers on Twitter.

On the list, Egypt has 3, Nigeria has 1, while South Africa has 1 out of the top five most followed Africans on Instagram.

Also, Egypt has 4, while South Africa has 1 out of the five most followed Africans on Twitter.
