The Nigerian dance hall and reggae artist, Patrick Nnaemeka Okorie professionally known as Patoranking clocked 30 today. He hails from Ebonyi state, Nigeria was born on the 27th of May, 1990.

The music sensation has paid his dues in the Nigerian music since rising to prominence some years ago.

Patoranking began his musical career as an artist under K-Solo’s Igberaga Records in 2010 where he released his first single titled ‘Up in D Club’. He had his first big break when he featured Timaya in the hit song Alubarika‘ and later became a protege of Timaya’s Dem Mama Records.

He was signed to Foston Musik in February 2014 and released the hit single ‘Girlie o’ while with the record label. He then moved on to VP Records a year later and has been a massive success since then.

In 2016, the reggae artist released his debut studio album titled ‘God Over Everything‘ and it was a success. He has dropped another body of work titled ‘Wilmer‘ thereafter.

The ‘Girlie o‘ singer is one of Airtel’s ‘Voice Over Music‘ Panelist alongside 2baba, Waje, and Yemi Alade.
