Following the knockout of Ghana from the 2021 Afcon, Arsenal star player Thomas Partey is set to return to his club side Arsenal to help boost the team depth of the club. The player’s Country Ghana suffered an early knockout from the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations.
Thomas Partey to Return to Arsenal ASAP
The 28-year-old midfielder played in all three of Ghana’s Group C games as they were eliminated from the tournament. Thomas Partey is now set to return to England and could play a part in the Gunners’ home match against Burnley. That could mean Partey would not have missed a single Premier League game, with Arsenal’s feature against Tottenham Hotspur last Sunday postponed.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang was released ’recently from the Gabon squad and he is currently with Arsenal but he s not fit yet to play Arsenal. Partey has been in excellent form for his club side this season.
