Arsenal legend Thierry Henry is reportedly linked with a move to coach Championship side Bournemouth. The former Barcelona and Arsenal player is already on the English Championship side, awaiting confirmation.
The Cherries sacked their head coach Jason Tindall some weeks ago, and since then, Jonathan Woodgate has been in charge on a caretaker basis. So far, Woodgate has done well, and he has won three of his last four games.
Woodgate will remain the coach pending when Thierry Henry will be appointed as the head coach. He is expected to coach Bournemouth in their game against QPR in the Championship.
Thierry Henry to Take over from Woodgate
Bournemouth wants to make Thierry Henry the head coach to continue in the good work Woodgate have started. They aim to charge him to take them back to the English Premier League.
They also believed that since he was successful as a player in England, he might be a good coach. His first job was at Monaco, where he was sacked after just three months before heading to Canada, where he coached Montreal.
