Palace of the Oluwo of Iwo has swiftly discarded reports claiming that the Oluwo of Iwoland, His Imperial Majesty, Oba (Dr) Abdul-Rasheed Adewale Akanbi, wrote a letter to the Government of Osun State, asking for twenty million naira (N20m) financial assistance to fund his proposed wedding to a Princess from Ado Bayero Dynasty in Kano State.
