Manchester United manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, has suggested that the red wrap on the seats at Old Trafford could have contributed to their inconsistencies at home.
According to him, the players were unable to pick each other out during games.
Solskjaer says stadium seats contributed to poor home form
United have won 27 points at Old Trafford this season, losing four times and drawing three.
However, on the road, they have picked up 36 points and are unbeaten in 23 Premier League games.
The Red Devils face Granada in their Europa League quarter-final second leg on Thursday, looking for a first knockout round home win in this season’s competition.
The manager feels the team are now at an advantage because the banners around the seats have changed.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has said that the issue has been looked into and that there will be a change from now on as the banners have been changed.
