Popular Nigerian singer, Orezi, has taken to his social media platform to tell how Nigeria can be made great.
Alhaji Orezi as he is fondly called has opined that political leaders should be held accountable, and made to face justice when found culpable of a crime.
The singer described the past week as his worst living in Nigeria due to the unrest in the country which include killing of innocent Nigerians by security operatives, hoodlums attacks/looting as well as the hiding of COVID-19 palliatives in warehouses.
Orezi, in a series of post on his Instagram page expressed his anger on the Nigerian Politicians who embezzle a lot and then still hid foodstuffs that were supposed to be used to feed the people. He stated that Nigeria can only be great if Politicians are jailed for their crimes.
He wrote, ““I REPEAT UNTIL OUR POLITICIANS START GOING TO JAIL FOR ALL THIS BROAD DAYLIGHT CRIMES WITH EVIDENCES STARING AT US IN THE EYE NIGERIA WILL NEVER BE GREAT
The ‘Shoki’ crooner also urged young Nigerians to get ready their Voters’ card for the next election.
“This past week has been my worst as a Nigerian living in Nigeria , I have been sad , angry , pained , cried , I can’t mehn !! TIRED GOD GIVE US THE STRENGTH !! ITS NOT EASY, EVERYBODY GO GET YOUR PVC !! na the only way oooo“ he wrote.
