Nigerian singer and songwriter, Hadiza Bell aka Di’ja has thrown a virtual concert to help families and businesses affected by COVID-19 pandemic.
Di’ja, who is signed to Don Jazzy’s Mavins Record label is one of Nigeria’s finest female vocalist. The ‘Aww’ crooner has now found a way to blend her passions; charity and music as she threw two virtual concerts which are now available to stream on her YouTube.
Di’ja brought the power of her voice and the influence of her music to address the many problems faced by the less-privileged Nigerians amidst these trying times, as she embarks on a gospel to take these issues to the mainstream.

She has earlier held the first concert in partnership with iChange Foundation which helped to cater for families living in remote parts of the country who have been drastically affected by the coronavirus upset, and also families of healthcare practitioners who are at the frontline of the battle against the pandemic.
The success of the first virtual concert has now led to the birth of the second virtual concert which was held recently. The latest concert helps to endear her to her teeming fans, and bridge the gap seemingly created by the coronavirus pandemic – which has forced creatives and businesses across sectors to be innovative in their thinking – by employing the power of the new media to connect with fans who seem to have been distanced from music artistes, thanks to the pandemic which has put a halt to live musical events.
The virtual concert is now available for streaming on her YouTube channel.
