Sanwo-Olu has been under fire for some of his comments on the October 20, 2020 massacre by some men in military uniform against unarmed and peaceful protesters in Lekki Tollgate area on the state, resulting in deaths of so many.
Nigerian youths on the other hand have not stopped calling to an end to police brutality and prosecution of erring officers. This might be one of the steps in the right direction in meeting the demands of the Nigerian youths.
