The allegation of extramarital affairs levelled against a former Presidential Spokesman, Reno Omokri, has continued to generate reactions from different quarters.
Earlier, Reno had dissociated himself from the allegation, noting that the Presidency sponsored the publication to distract him from going to Paris, France, where President Muhammadu Buhari recently travelled to for a summit (read more here).
Reno, who had earlier threatened to stage a protest to harass Buhari out of Paris, added that the Africa-France summit is an international platform. He opined that the Presidency is aware that any demonstration will highlight the failures of President Buhari.
The former Presidential spokesman described the report as salacious and scandalous, adding that the platform that started the information is notorious for pro-government stories.
Allegation Against Reno Omokri
Reno said he never had and can never engage in premarital, extramarital sex or have a child out of wedlock. The famous author, who opined that nobody could break his focus, said lawyers would sit down to decide if and when to sue those behind the publication.

He urged Nigerians in Paris to join him at the Temporary Exhibition Centre, in front of the Eiffel Tower, to go ahead with the demonstration tagged “Harass Buhari out of Paris.”
Meanwhile, the allegation against Reno Omokri has generated reactions; some social media users expressed disappointment in Reno, while others opined that those behind the publication is out to distract the former Presidential spokesman.
