Nigerian Presidency, over Pro-Secession comments by Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe yesterday, condemned his actions while discussing the incessant rise in the number of separatist groups.
Communicating the message, Femi Adesina, the Special Adviser to President Muhammadu Buhari on Media and Publicity, said the Senate Minority Leader, Abaribe, reportedly used “foul language against those in leadership”.
In the write-up themed, ‘Weighty Matters About Our Country’, Adesina hinted that the Senator is indirectly inciting violence through words or actions, which fuels insecurity in the country.
Presidency: Abaribe Should be in Prison- Adesina
Adesina blatantly stated that the Senator should be “cooling his feet in prison” after he “stood surety for someone bent on the dismemberment of the country.”
The Special Adviser called for Abaribe’s arrest on a Facebook post, suggesting that what the Minority Leader said sounded more unpatriotic to Nigeria.
Femi Adesina further referred to Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe as the Chief ‘mismanager’ of Nigeria’s diversity, talking about why over 30 Aggrieved Pro-Secessionists groups exist
Recall that the Abaribe was one of the two sureties of the Leader of the Indigenous people of Biafra, IPOB.
