The Ondo State House of Assembly has reinstated four of its lawmakers who were earlier suspended over a political crisis and allegations of gross misconduct.
The suspended lawmakers, who were reinstated during the plenary on Monday are Tomide Akinribido, Iroju Ogundeji, Wale Williams and Favour Tomomewo.
It was earlier reported that the Ondo Assembly prevented the lawmakers from resuming their legislative duties despite a valid court order for their reinstatement.

Meanwhile, the Akure Division of the Court of Appeal struck out a motion for stay of execution filed against the reinstatement of the lawmakers as Justice Omoleye Olabisi described the suit as frivolous.
Olabisi further ordered that the members be allowed to resume their duties.
