A Nigerian OAP has taken to his Twitter page to narrate his experience on his visit to the Ikoyi building that collapsed a few days ago.
Recall that a few days back, there was news that a 21 storey building in Ikoyi Area Lagos state collapsed, and so far, there have been over 30 deaths recorded while the rescue team is still at work.
An OAP who passed the site shared his experience while noting that looking at the collapsed building on the phone looks small and can be easily managed, but a better look at it proves that the rubble is as big as a 10 storey building.

He said, “I passed the site today. The rubble alone is as big as a 10 + storey building. Several bodies unaccounted for + they say voices can still be heard in the Rubble 3 days later.
I honestly do not know where this people will start and finish. This is a calamity of horrendous proportions. Everyone here is super confused and basically just winging it..“
He further added that his visit to the collapsed Ikoyi building site ruined his entire weekend, and he would not be able to get ahold of himself for a while.
The OAP added, “They dont tell you about how Mangled the discovered bodies are; both the living and the dead. Everyone is Exhausted. The rubble is complicated. Heavy concrete & Iron. Lift 1 place; somewher else collapses.“
