Mercy Eke’s ex-boyfriend, Ike Onyema and popular social media influencer Ubi Franklin are currently under fire after the decision to catch a cruise with ex- BBNaija lockdown housemate, Wathoni.
The drama started when Franklin and Ike posted on Instagram an old interview video where Wathoni failed several questions.
Wathoni was subsequently dragged for her poor performance during the interview session, but some also came to her defence, stating that she did not grow up in Nigeria and should be excused.
One of the persons who came to her rescue was controversial barbie, Bobrisky who slammed the trolls.
He came hard on them as he said some of them could not spell their surname correctly.
The second and possibly the worst part of the drama was a leaked chat between Ike and an anonymous user who challenged him for reposting such an old and better-forgotten interview.
In the chat, Ike was believed to have asked for the sum of N60,000 for him to bring down the video, a suggestion that earned him more fire.
Wathoni has also made tweets where she made her displeasure known and explained how she was ill-treated during the interview.
“After how many months “that one” still decided to upload my “interview” video and caption small cruise! Btw that media house is one of the most unprofessional I have come across.. And before I did my interview I made sure I let them know they treated me wrong.”
Despite the trolling, the single mother’s fans have continued to encourage her as they throw as much punches as they can back to her haters.
