Chelsea and Senegal goalkeeper Edouard Mendy is one of the most successful goalkeepers in football in the last year. The goalkeeper has been to two different finals before now, he was in the F.C Cup final which was on the 15th of may before playing in the Uefa Champions League final which was on the 29th of May.
Edouard Mendy in Four Finals in one Year
He is still set to be in action for Chelsea on the 6th of this month in the Carabao Cup final, his most recent final is the African Cup Nations Final which comes up on Sunday. Mendy did not start the tournament with his teammate after he returned a positive covid-19 test result but since his return to the team, he has been doing well.
He was in action for his team Senegal where they played against Burkina Faso in the semi-finals of the African Cup of Nations which they won 3-1. Mendy will be in action again on Sunday in the final of the ongoing African Cup of Nations in Cameroon.
