The black man who died when a police officer knelt on his neck in Minneapolis will be buried on the 9th of June in Texas. George Floyd’s death was captured in video footage. The funeral for the victim of the ugly Minneapolis event will be held in Houston on the 9th of June according to the family’s representative. There will also be a memorial in Minneapolis on Thursday, the family attorney revealed in a press conference. The family also plans to hold a memorial service for him in North Carolina where he was born on Saturday.
