Funke Akindele
Nigerian Actress, Funke Akindele-Bello and her husband, Rasheed Bello have both pleaded guilty to violating the lockdown order of the Lagos State government in a bid to contain further spread of Coronavirus in the state.
The actress who was arrested for organising a birthday party for her husband in their Lagos State residence on Saturday was arrested yesterday after after the party video went viral on the internet, followed by outrage from Nigerians.
Funke and her husband who appeared before Magistrate Aje Afunwa, earlier today did not waste time arguing but has pleaded guilty.
Report says they risk months in jail over the offense.
