King of the Icons and BBNaija season 5 winner, Laycon’s savage comment in a recent video has put asunder in the Big Brother fan camp.
This was in response to comment during his live video when a fan asked how the artiste felt being called ‘Ikorodu Kendrick Lamar‘ as a jab.
In response, Laycon said,
“I should answer that question. I mean, dude if I am going to be the one to put Ikorodu on the map so be it, even though I’m not from Ik9orodu. But guys, really mehn. Y’all think I’m concerned about that?”
“If you like, it’s Ikorodu Kendrick Lamar. If you like, It’s Abule Egba J Cole, if you like, It’s Nigeria Jay Z.”
“The whole point is they are not comparing me with Lionel Messi so that goes to show you that they know that I am an artiste, not anything else.”

Laycon’s savage response sent signals to the BBNaija fan teams as they converged in the comment section for another round of fan wars. While the Icons were on the defense, others came attacking the reality Tv star.
Whatever, the case Laycon has said that he does not lose sleep over the insults and has continued to promote his reality show, ‘I AM LAYCON’ premiering in three days.
