The Lagos state ministry of health (LSMOH) has announced that the state has released more COVID-19 patients after successfully testing negative to the virus twice consecutively.
The Lagos state’s health ministry made this known in an update released on its social media page on Twitter. The tweet pointed out that the state had released 87 patients to reintegrate into society after full recovery.
Of those patients, 40 of them are females and the other 47 males, all the patients are Nigerian Nationals, with no foreigners among those released.
Of the 87 patients, 26 of them are from the Yaba Infectious Disease Hospital in the mainland, 24 of them are from the Onikan isolation centre, 12 are from the landmark isolation centre in Eti-Osa, 11 of them are from Agidingbi isolation centre, 9 are from Gbagada isolation centre, and 5 are from the Lagos state university teaching hospital isolation centre.
