Kelechi Iheanacho put up some very impressive showings for Leicester City last month, and this has seen him scoop yet another award for his plenty good work.
Kelechi Iheanacho wins goal of the month award
The Nigeria international has been announced as the winner of the Leicester City Goal of the Month award for March.
He fired home a first-time volley after his compatriot and teammate Wilfred Ndidi set him to help the King Power Stadium outfit share the points with Burnley.
His strike beat off competition from the likes of Ayoze Perez and Youri Tielemans, including U23 star Kasey McAteer and Leicester City Women’s stars Shannon O’Brien, Esmee De Graaf and Sam Tierney.
The attacker had won the Premier League Player of the Month award for his incredible form in the month under review, where he scored five league goals.
He has also been shortlisted for the PFA Fans’ Player of the Month prize and was recently handed a contract extension for his impressive showings for the Foxes.
