Investors Accuse CEO of Sapphire Scents Wale Jana of Fraud

The renowned CEO of Sapphire Scents amongst other businesses Wale Jana has been caught up in huge money problems. He is currently being accused of acting in a fraud like manner regarding his investors and their funds. Making deductions from the submission of Awosanya Segun known as Segalink on witter, many of the people who invested in Sapphire Scents are raising alarm over the company’s refusal or inability to pay dividends due to their investments.

According to what was in the submission Segalink made, Wale Jana and Sapphire Scents were given one week to acknowledge the claims of the investors and give their approval for proper legal actions to follow suit. From the testimonies of many twitter users, they said Wale has refused to respond to them regarding their dividends. They also say he has bluntly refused to refund their investment as well. Some others said he would not respond to their phone calls and has blocked them off his Whatsapp messaging application.

They accused him for making false promises to the investors without showing clear evidence of how many of his scents he sells.

From the public notice published by Segun Awasanya on behalf of the investors, it stipulated the steps that will be taken in the debt recovery process. From what was written, it will require proper valuation of Wale Jana and Sapphire Scents assets and sale. After which debtors will be repaid accordingly.

At the moment Wale Jana and Sapphire Scents are yet to respond to the public submission. As the saying goes, there is no smoke without fire.
