Nollywood actress, Ini Edo has expressed delight over her reappointment to serve in the Akwa Ibom Tourism sector.
In a post on her Instagram page, the actress thanked God and the State Governor, Udom Emmanuel for the opportunity as she expressed optimism to accomplish great accomplishment in the sector.
“Grateful to God and my Boss, His excellency, Gov, Udom Emmanuel for the reappointment to serve in the tourism sector of our dear State..I look forward to great accomplishment and milestones in this new era.”
In another post, the actress noted that she was overwhelmed by the show of love and appreciation from her fans and well-wishers.

Meanwhile, she canvassed for the inclusion of Nigerian youths in governance as she also encouraged the youths not to give up but to rather keep investing in themselves.
“Indeed, it is about time we the youths of this country gets included in the running of our dear country..especially as women.. Despite all the odds against us we won’t give up the good fight.
Keep dreaming, keep praying, invest in yourself.. so when an opportunity shows up, you should be prepared.”
The actress further thanked his team and the people of Akwa Ibom State for their support.
Ini Edo’s acting career began in 2003 after she was discovered by a producer at an audition she attended.
Meanwhile, she came into the limelight in 2004 when she acted in the movie titled World Apart and she has appeared in over 100 films since then.
