The iOS 14 brings a new feature that gives Apple iPhone users the opportunity to multitask while watching their videos, being able to do any other thing by minimizing the size of the screen or completely hiding it entirely.
This new feature of the Apple iOS 14 is one of the easiest to activate, it only takes a few steps to get it done. Here are the steps taken
STEPS: To activate the picture in picture feature;
1. Go to the ‘SETTINGS’ application,
2.Select ‘GENERAL’ on the list of settings
3. Select ‘PICTURE IN PICTURE’
4. Click on the ‘START PIP AUTOMATICALLY’ to make it green and active.
Your settings are now basically done and you can watch your videos while using your phone for other things. To resize the video, just hold on it and expand or reduce. To completely remove the video from your screen, just slide to the extreme completely as if you are swiping out and the audio of the video would keep playing but the video would be hidden.
This setting is also not available to all applications yet, as those app creators would need to add that feature in their applications in order for it to function.
