Unidentified gunmen have taken some Npower Teachers hostage from the Ondo State August Community Grammar School.
On Thursday in the state, the men reportedly kidnapped up to five officials, out of which three were teachers of the empowerment programme.
According to the report, the tutors were on transit in a Blue Toyota along Auga-Ise Road in Akoko East Local Government Area, LGA, when the assailants suddenly appeared out of nowhere and hijacked their vehicle.
Some observers at the crime scene said the car they boarded belonged to the principal of the school, who the kidnappers also scooped away alongside another school staff.
Names of Gunmen Abductees Revealed
The names of the Federal Government N-Power Staff still in captivity are Blessing Okeke, Oloyede Bukola, Adagunodo Funmilayo.
While the school principal’s name is Mr Joshua Adeyemi, that of his vice is Ifedayo Yesufu, they’ve been working in OndoState for several years.
However, the abductors were generous enough to allow Blessing Okeke to go without any ransom paid, only because she was pregnant at the time of her abduction.
