Fulani Herdsmen under the umbrella of a group known as Kulen Allah Cattle Rearers Association of Nigeria (KACRAN), has advised the newly appointed service chiefs.
The herders called on the new service chiefs to tackle kidnapping, cattle rustling, and other security issues.
Everyevery.ng gathered that the group formerly under the Miyyeti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria, MACBAN advised the military leaders on things to do to record success in their tasks.
The President of KACRAN, Khalil Mohammed-Bello, expressed optimism that the new service chiefs’ appointments will end all the insecurity challenges in the country.
However, Bello urged the service chiefs to hit the ground running by tackling Boko Haram’s persistent attacks on innocent Nigerians in the North East and some parts of the country.
The group also called the new service chiefs’ attention to cattle rustling menace, a situation whereby bandits attack herders and rustle all their livestock.
Meanwhile, the group commended President Muhammadu Buhari for heeding the calls by Nigerians for new service chiefs.
