It was stated that the registration is part of the federal government’s post-COVID-19 pandemic survival intervention.
Meanwhile, the intervention is targeted at supporting micro and small businesses to formalise their businesses.
In a statement by the CAC, business owners, who are yet to formalise their businesses were advised to take advantage of the free registration.
The items required for the registration includes Driver’s license, National ID Card and Voter’s Card.
Furthermore, the CAC said its attention has been drawn to the report in the social media on the continuous absence of the Aggregator for Kano State for the registration.
The Commission advised members of the public to ignore the false information.
CAC stated that the Aggregator has relocated to the Murtala Mohammed Library Complex located at No. 3094 Ahmadu Bello Way, Kano at the instance of the State Government.
According to the commission, the relocation is to accommodate the large number of persons turning out for the registration.
