Land grabbers in the Federal Capital Territory, (FCT) are in for a hard time, especially anyone “eyeing” the land allocated for the citing the new Muslim pilgrims board.
Minister of State in the FCT, Ramatu Aliyu gave this hint while giving assurance that the government will do all in its power to protect the interest of the FCT Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board, (MPWB) in Gwagwalada Area Council.
FCTA Hits Hard on Land Grabbers, Protects Muslims
“This property is for the Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board and the Hajj Camp, hopefully the 2020 hajj operations will take place here. This is disheartening. This is the peak of lawlessness and it is not acceptable.”
Aliyu declared that any encroachment on the land belonging to the board is an act of lawlessness that should not go unpunished.
