English Premier League Fans to be Allowed into the Stadium
The English Premier League fans will finally be allowed to return to football grounds from next. It was gathered that the English Premier League fans will return to the stadium on the 2nd of December. The English Premier League Prime Minister Boris Johnson assures the general public that all coronavirus measures will be put in place.
The English Premier League and Football League matches have been behind closed doors since the outbreak of the virus in the UK in March and fans has not been allowed into the stadium which has made may clubs suffer great lose financially. Tottenham officials once said if the fans are not allowed to return clubs will suffer more loss.
Only supporters from areas with Tier 1 and Tier 2 restrictions will be able to attend, however, as those based in Tier 3 zones will continue to be shut out. As the Mirror understands, there will also be significant guidelines in place for stadiums when they reopen.
The English Premier League fans can now smile to the stadium but only 50 per cent of their capacity will be used so that they can be enough spacing. A maximum of 4,000 football fans will be allowed into the stadium. Clubs in Tier 2 areas are allowed a maximum number of 2,000 fans.
Brighton and Southampton in Tier 1 are the only clubs that was allowed to reach their maximum. It should be noted that the social distancing guidelines will be in place and will be adhered to as well. The news is a good one for the English Premier League fans as it will boost the club’s performance.
