A resident of Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, has dared men of the Nigerian Police Force, especially officers of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad, SARS saying he can not be beaten of maltreated.
During an interview with everyeveryng in Abuja, he stressed that the security officers who have been seen maltreating, killing, extorting and maiming innocent Nigerians who who they arrest unjustly.
There has been several outcries about reforming, or totally scrapping SARS, since the killing of innocent Nigerians have almost become a daily occurrence in the country.
Some celebrities have like Falz, Runtown, among many other activists have led protests in Lagos State, Abuja and other major cities of Nigeria, preaching the gospel of “#ENDSARS”.
Meanwhile, Inspector General of Police, Muhammed Adamu, said scrapping SARS would only make criminals, especially armed robbers who have caused several havocs in the country by robbing and killing their victims happy.
