Dr Philip Idaewor, the Chairman, All Progressives Congress, APC, in the United Kingdom, UK, has suddenly changed his views on the medical Tourism of President Muhammadu Buhari, and other Nigerians who can afford such luxurious health services.
While speaking during an interview on Arise TV, DrIdaewor said at the time when he came in full support of President Buhari who seriously needed medical attention was because i was the thing to do, that he had no intention to look down on those not financially privileged to subscribe to such treatment.
Reacting to questions on Thursday at the live programme, he said the actions taken back when the President was ill is also a move he can make for any Nigerian suffering the same or similar plight.
Dr Idaewor also apologised to Nigerians he offended when he earlier said that foreign medical attention was not for everyone but for those that could afford the cost.

However, it would be recalled that the highly revered Doctor declared his intention to run for the 2023PresidentialElection.
His apology to Nigerians is coming months to the elections which brings to mind the point that his public appeal may be as a result of what is at stake for his presidential ambition.
