Death has again struck in the federal House of Representatives days after one of the lawmakers died in a ghastly motor accident.
News of the passing of a lawmaker representing Kaduna State, Suleiman Aliyu has turned the cloud over the legislative house to a dark one.
According to report, Aliyu died at the Barau Dikko Teaching Hospital, Kaduna after an undisclosed illness.
His unfortunate passing is coming days after he won a legal battle challenging the election that won him a seat in the hallo chamber.
The federal lawmaker’s candidature under the umbrella of the All Progressives Congress, APC in the February 23, 2019 election was challenged but he got victory.
Justices Obietonbara Daniel-Kalio, Saidu Tanko Hussaini and Olutodun Adepope-Okojie, upheld his candidature about five days before his passing.
It is however sad that he was unable to enjoy the victory he got from the court after a long legal battle.
