Kevin De Bruyne has ended any uncertainty about his long term future, as he has put pen to paper on a new deal.
De Bruyne signs new four-year deal
Manchester City has confirmed that Kevin De Bruyne has signed a new contract to keep him at the club until 2025.
He has had a glowing spell since joining the club from Wolfsburg in 2015, winning seven major trophies, which could rise to 11 by the end of the season if City is successful in their hunt for the quadruple.
The Belgian midfielder, who was last year’s Premier League Player of the Season, has signed a new four-year deal which will keep him at City until his 34th birthday.
The midfielder still had two years remaining on his current contract, but Manchester City wanted to tie him down to a longer deal after proving to be one of the world’s best players and playing such a major part in Pep Guardiola’s plans for the club.
