Nigerians are doing very well in the entertainment industry; one of these Nigerians is pop singer Davido whose song titled ‘Fall’ has been certified gold in the United States of America.
Davido has released many hits among which ‘Fall‘ comes out on top. The mid-tempo song is one of the most popular Afrobeats songs reaching other parts of the world.

Fall Certified Gold in United States
It has been a very good year for ‘OBO’ as he is fondly called, he recently covered America’s billboard magazine along with Tiwa Savage and Mr Eazi while ‘Fall’ also was certified gold in Canada.
The song is like an anthem to Afrobeat lovers in the United States as it was seen on Nick Cannon’s ‘Wild ‘n’ Out‘ TV show earlier in the year. The audience at the show couldn’t but sing along to this awesome tune that has just hit gold in the country.
‘Fall’ was released as the second single from Davido’s second studio album ‘A Good Time’ (2019) although it was dropped by the artist in 2016. The song was produced by Nigerian record producer Kiddominant.

As of March 2019, ”Fall” received over 40 million streams on Spotify and has also been certified platinum by the Recording Industry of South Africa (RISA). It is undoubtedly one of the biggest hits in and out of Nigeria as it was the longest charting Nigerian pop song in Billboard history.
Davido has shared his excitement on this hit song and can’t wait for it to hit platinum in the United States. He replied an excited fan as he tweeted ”Don’t rush we heading for platinum!!!”
Congratulations to Davido on having ‘Fall’ certified on the best music platforms in the world.
