Nigerian singer, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido has allegedly broken the O2 Arena curfew in London and might be fined up to £340,000.
The ‘skelewu’ crooner sold out the O2 Arena for his concert held on Saturday with notable celebrities present.
Davido Might be in Trouble
In a turn of events, a UK based social media influencer has in a series of tweets alleged that the 30-year-old artist ignored the 11 pm O2 Arena curfew and finished his concert at 11:34 pm.
The individual with the Twitter handle Marvin Abbey further revealed that it has been a norm to pay £10,000 for every minute used after 11 pm.
To further buttress his assertion, Abbey shared a screenshot of artists that have previously been Fined for breaking the curfew.
It revealed that Rolling Stones and Justin Bieber have been fined in the past for the same offence.
Marvin Abbey wrote, “Davido was supposed to finish his concert at the O2 @ 11 pm. The O2 have a strict 11 pm curfew. For every minute you go past 11 pm you have to pay £10,000. Davido said he don’t care. He finished the concert at 23:34. That’s £340,000 fine. Mental! 😂😂.”
