The internet went on fire as Burnaboy taunts Davido’s post where he named the best 2 of all time in the Nigerian music industry.
In an unusual picture by David Adeleke aka Davido, the pop singer was seen together with African Starboy Wizkid and captioned as the best of all time. This is seen as a way to stop the online beef between the fans of both artists.
This post took another turn as Burnaboy threw a jibe at ‘OBO’ in another post. The African giant tried to show his better off with a cryptic message. Burnaboy wrote ‘‘You cannot play football, everybody knows you cannot play football and you are an embarrassment to the team but your daddy bought the football team”
Burnaboy is trying to say Davido made it all because of his father’s wealth. He has since received a lot of sticks from fans of Davido and other social media users.
This has even made Sophie Ojo, daughter of Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo Fespris to say she’s happy Burnaboy didn’t win the Grammy award he was nominated for last time which has seen many supports her claim.
Davido Responds to Jibe by Burnaboy
Davido, who just celebrated his billboard magazine cover alongside Tiwa Savage and Mr Eazi has responded to the jibe thrown at him by Burnaboy.
In a social media video post, the ‘Fall’ crooner thanked everyone who have supported him till today. He then said he is used to the hate in the industry and nobody really supports him.
He disclosed the hate is so much because of his father’s wealth but that is not of his business because he works hard, deliver hits and take care of his people. Davido then ended the video post with a tough message to his haters.
