A wedding has been disrupted by the COVID-19 taskforce in an unnamed church in Nigeria. The couple were seen in the video fully dressed for their wedding with the church filled with attendees.
As the wedding was going on, the task force team entered the church from the back door. At the sight of them, the attendees took to their heels. They scampered away from the church to avoid arrest. The couple walked out of the church. The pastor was also seen in the video being interrogated by the taskforce team.

Following the directives of the government concerning the coronavirus pandemic, public gatherings are prohibited. However, if it is utterly necessary to have many people in the same place at the same time, they should not be more than 20 in number. The gathering also, must stick to social distancing directives.
From the video shown above, these rules were not implemented at the wedding.
