The Kano state ministry of health has announced that the state has recorded two new deaths from the novel coronavirus.
This increases the total number of deaths from coronavirus in the state to three, with 74 cases still active in the state.
The ministry tweeted, “As at 12:15pm 27th April 2020, @KanostateNg records an additional 2 deaths of #COVID19“
There have been a lot of deaths in the state, but the state has said that those cases were from complications in other health issues, with autopsies not being carried out on the bodies before they are buried.
