Popular Nigerian comedian, Bright Okpocha, aka Basketmouth, has partnered with Filmone, a movie production company, to produce his first feature film.
The ‘Basketmouth Uncensored’ show host took to Instagram to break the news today, October, 8, 2020.
According to him, the film titled ‘Scorpio’ will be released in November 2021.
He also said that the movie will be shot later this year in three countries while the crew and lead cast will be announced soon.
He captioned the post, “So I will be bringing a unique perspective to Nigerian Film Industry in 2021. I’ve partnered with Filmone to make my 1st ever movie ‘Scorpio’.
“Shooting starts late 2020 and is set in 3 countries. Lead cast and crew will be announced soon. Stay tuned guys…history is about to be made.” he added.
Basketmouth is an all round entertainer. Asides being a comedian, he is also a rapper, actor, and show host.
