Officials have confirmed that a car bomb blast from an Improvised Explosive Device has killed Kabul’s Deputy Governor in Afghanistan, Mohibullah Mohammadi and his secretary.
Also, Kabul police disclosed that the IED was attached to their vehicle in Macroryan 4 in Kabul’s PD9 district.
According to the police, two of his bodyguards were wounded in the blast. Meanwhile, no militant group has claimed the responsibility for the explosion.

It was gathered that violence has raged across the country since the Taliban and Afghan government launched peace talks in Qatar in September.
Before Muhibbi’s death, shadowy assailants have been killing journalists, police, security forces, judicial authorities and senior administrators, largely across Kabul, but also in other parts of Afghanistan.
A police officer too was killed and two police were wounded in a terrorist ambush in Kabul in the wees hours of Tuesday.
Also, local Afghan media reported that another magnetic bomb on a vehicle killed a provincial council member.
