President Buhari is currently presiding over the week’s virtual Federal Executive Council meeting from the State House in Abuja. The meeting began today at 10 am. It is being held at Council Chambers of the State House. It had the Vice President Yemi Osibanjo, Secretary to the Government of the Federation Boss Mustapha, the National Security Adviser General Mohammed Babagana (Rtd), and the Chief of Staff to the President, Prof Ibrahim Gambari in attendance physically.

Also present physically is the Minister of Power, Saleh Mamman, Minister of Finance, Budget and National Planning, Minister for Works and Housing, and the Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed.
The rest of the attendees joined the meeting virtually. They include Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, Minister of Interior, Senator Omotayo Alasoadura, Minister of State for Niger Delta Affairs, Engr Suleiman Adamu, Minister of Water Resources as well as Minister of Women Affairs, Dame Pauline Tallen.
They are currently deliberations going on about pressing National issues.
