Buhari appoints another dead man into office two months after his passing. The deceased Mr Tobias Chukwuemeka Okwuru before his passing was representing Ezza South/Ikwo federal constituency, Ebonyi State. His appointment is as a member of the board of Federal Character Commission, FCC alongside 37 others.
Dr Farida Dankaka from Kwara state was also appointed the chairman of that board. While congratulating her, Kwara state governor thanked the President for giving the state an opportunity to serve the country.

“We are confident that Hajia Fareedah and Mr Kolo will make us proud in the course of this call to serve our fatherland,” the statement added.
