BBNaija Lockdown season 5 housemates.
Day 10 started with Tolani’s birthday.
Laycon and Erica also had a mock proposal while in the dressing room. Laycon who was dressed in a white towel and shower cap went on one knee and asked Erica to marry him to the amusement of the other housemates. Kidd Waya said he had no worries because he knew that they were just joking. Lol! Do you really want to take that chance Kidd?
The birthday housemate, Tolani Baj looked all dolled up with her makeup and lovely outfit but all that flyness was short-lived . Few minutes after dressing up, she went in for breakfast which Ka3na had prepared already. Bringing her plate forward to be served, Tolani was met with a rude shock when Ka3na refused to serve her breakfast claiming that she had eaten breakfast before. This started off a heated quarrel between Tolani Baj and Ka3na , this is the second time they had clashed over food and dipping into the pot without permission but today’s episode was more intense.
Praise, another bbnaija Lockdown housemate, in attempt to ameliorate the issue made a statement ‘this food matter is getting serious’ and this set Lucy off sparking another bout of argument between Lucy and Praise. Lucy accused Praise of forming a gang with other housemates whom he brings to the battleground when he is in a fight.
In anger, Praise said, ‘God help me win Head Of House, all of you are going to f***ing hear it’. Ahhhh, they better apologise to Praise before he wins HoH .
The emotions from these arguments lingered in the house for a while and Ozo tried to break the ice by calling a house meeting to thrash out the food issues in the house. All the housemates were given the chance to talk about the problems in the house and kitchen. Everyone said their bit and a good number of the housemates had issues with Lucy and Ka3na’s manner of approach and message delivery. Tochi and Wathoni actually admitted to avoiding Ka3na especially during food hour and have even resolved to stop eating her food moving forward.
In response to that, Ka3na said she was not going to make food for everyone anymore, only the housemates that enjoyed her spicy cooking. The meeting ended and it was obvious that there was an unintentional split in the BBNaija Lockdown House.
Biggie probably sensed the tensions and asked the housemates to participate in Yoga execises. This gave us some hilarious moment as while the housemates were supposed to be in sober reflection others like Erica nd Laycon were busy gisting and laughing. Ka3na, Lucy, Prince and Dora actually shed tears with the solemn music playing underneath. Tolani Baj, Dora, Tricky Tee,Lilo and Praise actually slept off during the exercise, can you imagine that?
Today was also the beginning of the BBNaija Lockdown week 2 Diary sessions and we had Lucy, Prince, Kaisha, Kidd Waya, Vee, Dora, Neo, and Lilo. One thing that stood out was the fact that most of the housemates who went into the diary room felt that Lucy had a lot to learn about dealing with people and leadership styles.
Another highlight of the diary session is the fact that Lilo now sees her beau, Eric as a distraction. Sheddng tears, Lilo said that she felt like things had changed between them since they made out on Saturday. She now sees the relationship as a distraction to her game. If we recall correctly, Lilo made a move on Eric from the first day. Is there trouble in the Lilo and Eric aradise?
