BBNaija 2019 Reunion reveals silent beef between Ike and Joe.
We didn’t see much of the two men mingling on the house and the viewers never really understood why. However Ike admitted,
“I definitely didn’t like Joe in the house, when I think about when he walked into the house, I get irritated.”
On the latest episode of the BBNaija 2019 Reunion, Ike and Joe thrashed out their underlying issues and it revolved around boundaries.
Joe had a habit of poking the other BBNaija housemates and getting on their nerves. We saw that in his prank about being ‘little brother’ and being sent by Biggie to the housemates. Also in his provoking altercation with Tacha that could totally have been avoided. He also did with other housemates who didn’t seem to mind but not Ike.
While narrating the issue, Ike said Joe made fun of he and Ike’s relationship and this really hurt Ike causing him to keep his safe distance from Joe. Ike stated that he expressed his dissatisfaction with Joe but he wasn’t remorseful.
Joe in his defense said that Mercy was the one mainly responsible for triggering Ike by telling him that all the guys in the house had eyes on her, his jokes were the icing on the cake.
He also advised Ike to get over it because he will not hesitate to annoy him again.
Although other housemates agreed that Joe didn’t respect boundaries and played expensive jokes, he didn’t plan on changing his ways.
When asked if they were cool, Joe said he had no issues with Ike but Ike on the other hand wasn’t so encouraging. He said ,
“.. whenever I’m asked all these questions like ‘who is your least favourite housemate?’ if it’s not Frodd, it’s Joe “
From all indications, Ike is not over the issue.
