BBNaija 2019 Reunion Show
“You can’t want my man and be my friend”, was one of the major statements made by Mercy Eke on the BBNaija 2019 Reunion recently.
Mercy who is the winner of the 2019 edition of the BBNaija show and girlfriend to Ike Onyema a co- former housemates needed to make that statement to prove a point.
On the show, Ella also a former housemate was put on the spot while the conversation was about those who are betrayals, pretenders and disloyal out the former housemates.
Mercy spoke about how Ella was her friend while in the Big Brother house and was also eyeing Ike her man. Seeing this was not going to be an easy ride and the backlash was inevitable.
Ella could not wait to jump into the conversation with her defence, owing up to the fact that she fancied Ike but had to withdraw when she realised Ike and Mercy were moving towards being an item.
The back and forth took several minutes, but Mercy did to fail to make Ella realised that she can’t be her friend while she is trying to snatch her man. She reechoed that it was a betrayal for her to do that while she was in talking terms and in a friendship relationship with her.
Since Ike’s ladies business is experiencing a boom, he dropped a comment that earned him a not so nice reaction from Ella. Ike said he is used to ladies fighting over him and even Mercy his babe is aware of it. Really!
That statement was a bitter pill to swallow Ella and actually described Ike as been stupid for saying he is used to women fighting over him. You might not agree with Ella, on that but she repeated it for about 3 times before she could alter any other statement.
Ella’s attraction to Ike was not the highlight of the day for her, but the queries Mercy had for her since they left the show were served on the BBNaija 2019 Reunion.
The only hope is that Mercy, Ike and Ella have been able to iron out their differences on the issue, with the belief that all is not well. However, it is not clear whether Mercy has stopped seeing Ella as a betrayal after the tensed and prolonged discussion.
