Mercy, The Mercenaries And Omashola
Mercy Eke, the Mercenaries and Omashola have been busy since last night when the BBNaija 2019 Reunion show turned to a battlefield with massive explosions.
You will remember how Mercy and Omashola gave a full action-packed movie live on TV about a statement made by Omashola while they were both in the Big Brother house.
Bringing back the memory of when Omashola alleged that Mercy was a prostitute after he saw her bathing together with her boyfriend, Ike in the Big Brother house was one of the most controversial things that happened on the BBNaija 2019 Reunion so far.
Ebuka scattered the show by asking if Omashola gossiped about any of the housemates and Mercy broke the glass by bringing up the several months old issue.
Though the fire was put off with Omashola’s apology after Mercy showed him that she was not a slice of meat to be fried on a national TV, the Mercenaries have not found a place in their hearts to forgive him.
After Mercy and Omashola made up on the show, he ensured that he reminded Mercy’s fans “the Mercenaries” that they are both not at loggerhead again and there will be no need for them to come for him, especially on the social media.
He stressed that he knew the Mercenaries would bombard his social media accounts in defence of their queen, hence the need to stress the peace accord.
Mercy in her reaction corrected his impression about her fans by saying, “My fans don’t attack, they only defend me.”
Despite all of these, the Mercenaries have not stopped clamping down on Omashola, not only for insinuating that Mercy is a prostitute but for still insulting her on the show instead of apologising.
They think Omashola overstepped and is used to speaking ill of others and feeling he is more than one person.
He told Mercy on the show that he does not go out with ladies in her level, but can only be seen with those about her grade.
Mercy in return told him that if the two of them had met outside the BBNaija house he would not have the boldness to approach her for a conversation.
Long and short of this is that if Omashola had a good adviser, he would not have had such outburst with Mercy. After that session, Omashola’s life and social media platforms have not been the same.
Mercenaries have devoted time to reply Omashola and he might need some time to get over this.
