‘Bandits are now relocating out of Nigeria’. This statement is according to the Chief of Defence Staff of Nigeria, Gen. Lucky Irabor.
He made the remark while fielding questions on a live television interview Wednesday morning, where he assured that the military are doing everything to curtail terrorism.
Responding to questions regarding the use of kidnapped Abuja-Kaduna train victims as human shield against the army attacks, Gen. Irabor said it is not true that no person under captivity is being used to block bullets.
He assured that the government is making sure that they the train victims regain their freedom, adding that the armed forces do not abuse human rights.

Already, the Chief of Defence Staff, disclosed that they secured the release of eleven kidnapped train victims, further assuring that all the abducted people would soon gain their freedom, while the criminal elements involved would be brought to face justice.
Gen. Irabor also addressed numerous matters on insecurity and guaranteed the public that the forthcoming general elections would be peaceful with the presence of the necessary security outfits on ground.
